Return & Refund Policy

At Bandex Sportswear, all products are custom-manufactured based on client specifications. Due to the nature of custom production, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Order Approval & Responsibility

Before production begins, clients are required to approve all design details, including:

Sizes and measurements
Colors and artwork
Logos, placements, and customization details

Once approval is given, the order is considered final.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom-made products
Incorrect size selection by the client
Change of mind after production has started or completed

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are:

Defective
Damaged during production
Not according to the approved design

You must notify us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

After review, we will:

Offer a replacement, or
Provide a partial/full refund, depending on the issue

4. Production Tolerance

Due to the manufacturing process, slight variations may occur:

±5% size tolerance
Minor color differences due to screen vs fabric printing
Small stitching or alignment variations

These are considered acceptable and are not eligible for refund or return.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services
Customs clearance issues
Incorrect shipping information provided by the client

However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once:

Production has started, or
Materials have been sourced specifically for your order

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
